Thank you for writing.  I will respond to your email as soon as I can. Because of the rapid growth of African American Authors and books being released, we are busy making sure our website is up to date.  Please refer to our FAQ pages for questions concerning our club.

Most of our members are located throughout the United States with local book club meetings in their area. 

The way our book club works is that we have book club officers as well as a panel of volunteers  that will read all new books and write a small book summary as to why they liked or disliked the book. Again, because of the increase in books, we may not be able to respond as quickly as you would like but promise we will send feedback and place a summary on Amazon.com as soon as we are completed with the review..  Most of our officers and volunteers are participating in their spare time.

If the team agrees that your book will fit our book club reading interests:   fast pace, a page turner, developed characters, can be used for a bookclub discussion, etc. they will recommend that it be placed on the list of Reading Choices to be voted on as Book of the Month.  

Regardless of the team's decision, your  book will automatically appear on our web site so that our book club members as well as our on-line visitors will know that it is available for purchase.
